3. Off-Chain Data We Control
Certain Personal Information is processed in systems operated by PBG or by service providers acting on our behalf. This may include contact details, support requests, newsletter subscriptions, communication records, analytics data, cookies, logs, onboarding inputs, and compliance-related information where applicable.
These off-chain records are the category of information over which PBG generally exercises more direct operational control. Subject to applicable law, these records may be updated, corrected, deleted, restricted, or retained according to our internal policies, legal obligations, and operational requirements.
4. On-Chain and Public Infrastructure Limitations
If you connect a wallet or interact with blockchain-based features, wallet addresses, transaction data, hashes, public metadata, and related identifiers may be visible on distributed ledger networks and may remain publicly accessible indefinitely.
You acknowledge and understand that:
- deleting or modifying off-chain records maintained by PBG does not remove data already written to a public blockchain;
- wallet addresses, transaction histories, delegation-related identifiers, and interaction patterns may be analyzed by third parties and may become linkable to an individual when combined with other data;
- PBG does not control independent wallet providers, explorers, validators, node operators, RPC services, or public blockchain analytics providers; and
- users should avoid including personal data in transaction metadata or other public on-chain fields.
Even where PBG does not directly publish your identity, blockchain activity may be inferred, associated, or analyzed by third parties.
