Official Terms and Contest Rules 

1. Organizer
   This contest/promotion (“Event”) is organized by PBG Capital (“PBG”), to incentivize participation in PBG’s first AMA taking place on September 25, 2025 at 16:00 UTC, featuring CEO Pablo Antonio Bejarano.

2. Duration
   The Event will run from the date of publication of the call until the conclusion of the AMA on September 25, 2025.

3. Participation and Registration

• • Registration in the official form is mandatory to attend the AMA and to be eligible for rewards.
  • Registration requires name, email, and a Cardano wallet address.
  • The event access link (Google Meet) will be sent to the registered email.
  • Only the wallet provided during registration will be considered for reward delivery.
  • Providing a valid Cardano wallet at registration is mandatory to be eligible for any reward. If no wallet is provided, the participant will not receive rewards under any circumstance.
  • Only the wallet submitted in the registration form will be used for reward delivery. PBG will not replace or update wallets after registration closes.

4. Rewards and Mechanics

a) Mint-to-Enter

• • All participants who minted at least 1 PBG Token before 09/25/2025 and who provided a valid wallet during registration will automatically enter a live raffle for 3 (three) full PBG Tokens.
  • The raffle will be conducted using Wheel of Names among eligible registered wallets and streamed live during the AMA.
  • Participants who did not provide a wallet in the registration form are not eligible for this reward.

b) First Attendees

• • The first 10 attendees to connect to the AMA, who also provided a valid wallet at registration, will each receive 0.25 PBG Tokens.
  • Participants who did not provide a wallet in the registration form are not eligible for this reward.

c) Early Bird – Referral Codes

• • The first 30 registrants will receive a referral code, provided they included a valid wallet at registration.
  • Each referral code grants 0.25 PBG Tokens for every mint generated through the referral, valid for 2 weeks from delivery.
  • If a referral code reaches 100 or more mints, its validity will automatically extend for an additional 2 weeks.
  • Each referral code has a maximum total reward of 25 PBG Tokens across its validity period.
  • Participants who did not provide a wallet in the registration form are not eligible for this reward.

        d) Selected Accounts Collaboration

• • PBG may contact certain social media accounts and invite them to share AMA-related content.
  • Selected Accounts are chosen at the sole discretion of PBG.
  • Each Selected Account must share at least 80% of the provided campaign content, attend the AMA, and provide a valid Cardano wallet (preferably Lace) in order to receive the reward.
  • Selected Accounts will receive 0.25 PBG Tokens as compensation for their collaboration.
  • Rewards for Selected Accounts may take up to 30 calendar days after the AMA to be delivered.
  • Accounts that do not provide a valid wallet will not receive the reward.

5. Eligibility

• • Open to all individuals aged 18 or older, from any country, who meet the requirements set forth herein.
  • Valid and truthful registration data is required for the delivery of rewards.
  • A valid Cardano wallet must be provided in the registration form for all reward categories.
  • Each participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the wallet submitted at registration.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

• • PBG employees and direct family members are not eligible.
  • Failure to comply with requirements results in automatic loss of eligibility.
  • PBG reserves the right to verify registrations and disqualify participants in cases of fraud, manipulation, or inappropriate conduct.

7. Delivery of Rewards

• • Rewards in PBG Tokens will be delivered exclusively on the Cardano blockchain to the wallet provided by each eligible participant in the registration form.
  • Delivery will take place within 30 calendar days after the AMA.
  • Participants who did not provide a wallet in the registration form are not eligible for any reward.
  • PBG is not responsible if participants provide an incorrect or incompatible wallet address. Rewards will only be sent to the wallet registered by each participant in the official event form.

8. Disclaimers

• • Participation in this Event does not constitute investment advice.
  • The reference value communicated for PBG Token is purely indicative and does not constitute a guarantee of future value.
  • Liquidity of PBG Token depends on network conditions, protocols, and market depth.
  • PBG does not guarantee economic benefits or investment results through this promotion.

9. Acceptance

• • Participation in this Event implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Terms and Contest Rules.
